BEFORE ORDERING
Please take note of the following:
- Apologies, but we only serve the City of Baguio, The Philippines - for now.
- Please refer to the Food Products Section of the website to review items available for ordering.
- All orders are for WEEKEND delivery only.
- Gourmet Foods require special preparation. NO same-day order & pick-up.
- We only accept pre-orders for up to 4 weeks BEFORE the cut-off deadline for ordering.
- Cut-off deadline for orders for Saturday Delivery is at 10:00 AM of Wednesdays.
- Cut-off deadline for orders for Sunday Delivery is at 10:00 AM of Thursdays.
- All orders made AFTER the cut-off deadline will have the option to be served the following week.
- All pickup orders require a minimum transaction of P2,500.
- All FAMILY PACK Orders exceeding Php10,000.00 will enjoy FREE delivery.
- All confirmed orders are final and cannot be modified or cancelled, at least One (1) week prior to delivery.

FOR CATERING SERVICES
- Please contact Chef Ellen.
- Tell us the number of attendees (pax), and your choice of our delicious food on the menu.
- Whole Lechon is available for order, depending on size and weight of the pig. Requires arrangement 10 days prior to event.
- We require 50% down payment for ALL ORDERS exceeding Php30,000.00,
- 40% (2nd payment) at least One (1) week before delivery,
- 10% (3rd payment) balance on the day of delivery.
- All required disposable cutlery (plates, spoon & fork, soup bowl, drinking cups, napkin) will be provided FREE of Charge.

PAYMENT
- Apologies, but Post-payment of all orders, or COD, will not be considered.
- We only accept pre-payment of all orders.
- Payment by QR Code via GCash, PayMaya, or Vybe for online orders at Checkout.
- Cash payments are ONLY accepted when orders are MADE and PAID on site.
- Cash payment thru Bank Transfer via BPI is also accepted ONLY when payments are confirmed.
- NO payment confirmation, NO processing of Orders.
- To Pay, scan the QR code of your choice, key-in the amount and continue with the payment instructions.
- After completion of payment, get a screen shot of the payment transaction showing the amount, reference number, date and time of the transaction, indicating that you have successfully sent or paid your Order.
- Send the screenshot photo of the Transaction Receipt to Ellen Santos or Jojo Santos via Viber or WhatsApp at 0976-363-8400, and at 0917-329-0888, or via Chat App on our Website.
- Kindly wait for our confirmation that we have successfully received your Payment.

PICK UP
- Orders may be picked up either personally by the customer or through a courier service, booked and paid for by the customer.
- No delivery fee will be charged for pickup orders.

SPECIAL HOME DELIVERY SOLUTION
- Your convenience is our top priority!
- Ring us at 0976-363-8400 to arrange a pre-planned solution if you need a specific delivery schedule.
- No Additional prices on the menu.
- Special Orders for Home Delivery may be picked by a courier service, booked and paid for by the customer.
