Catering Services
We cater for any occasion, party, or event, for up to a maximum of 100 attendees. Please contact Chef Ellen.
FOR CATERING SERVICES
- Tell us the number of attendees (pax), and your choice of our delicious food on the menu.
- Premium drinks are ordered separately.
- Whole Lechon is available for order, depending on size and weight of the pig. Requires arrangement 10 days prior to event.
- Event place, including tables and chairs, projection and sound system shall be arranged by the Customer.
- We require 50% down payment for ALL ORDERS exceeding Php30,000.00,
- 40% (2nd payment) One (1) week before delivery,
- 10% (3rd payment) balance on the day of delivery.
- All required disposable cutlery (plates, spoon & fork, soup bowl, drinking cups, napkin) will be provided FREE of Charge.

If you visit and shop within this website, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY the Terms & Conditions before proceeding to Order. These Terms and Conditions (T&C) shall apply to all orders at EK's Website, the agreement to which will be considered as an offer to purchase the products in accordance with the said T&C.

BEFORE ORDERING
Please take note of the following:
- Apologies, we only serve the City of Baguio - for now.
- All orders are for WEEKEND delivery only.
- Pre-orders are accepted for up to 4 weeks.
- NO same-day order & pick-up.
- Cut-off for orders for Saturday Delivery is at 10:00 AM of Wednesdays.
- Cut-off for orders for Sunday Delivery is at 10:00 AM of Thursdays.
- All orders made AFTER the deadline will have the option to be served the following week.
- All pickup orders require a minimum transaction of P2,500.
- All FAMILY PACK Orders exceeding Php10,000.00 will be delivered FREE of Charge.
- All confirmed orders are final and cannot be modified or cancelled.
- Please refer to the Food Products Section of the website to review items available for ordering.
PICK UP
- Our cooked Food Products have a shelf life of a maximum of 3-hours.
- All Orders are best consumed within the prescribed shelf life, and should be picked up at the agreed pick-up date and time.
- Please designate the Date & Time of Pick-Up at the time of order, before CHECK OUT.
- For early pick-up BEFORE the designated time (within the designated Date only), please call immediately.
- For missed pick-up at the designated time (within the designated Date only), please call immediately, or we will have your Orders refrigerated.
- We will not be liable for ill-effects of food consumed AFTER the prescribed time of consumption.
- Orders may be picked up either personally by the customer or through a courier service, booked and paid for by the customer.
- No delivery fee will be charged for pickup orders.

ORDERING AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) shall apply to all orders at Ellen's Kitchen, the agreement to which will be considered as an offer to purchase the products in accordance with the said T&C.

- Apologies, but we only serve the City of Baguio, The Philippines - for now.
- Please refer to the Food Products Section of the website to review items available for ordering.
- All orders are for WEEKEND delivery only.
- Gourmet Foods require special preparation. NO same-day order & pick-up.
- We only accept pre-orders for up to 4 weeks BEFORE the event.
- Cut-off deadline for orders for Saturday Delivery is at 10:00 AM of Wednesdays.
- Cut-off deadline for orders for Sunday Delivery is at 10:00 AM of Thursdays.
- All orders made AFTER the cut-off deadline will have the option to be served the following week.
- All pickup orders require a minimum transaction of P2,500.

PAYMENT
- Apologies, but Post-payment of all orders, or COD, will not be considered.
- We only accept pre-payment of all orders.
- Payment by QR Code via GCash, PayMaya, or Vybe for online orders at Checkout.
- Cash payments are ONLY accepted when orders are MADE and PAID at EK's Office.
- Cash payment thru Bank Transfer via BPI is also accepted ONLY when payments are confirmed.
- NO payment confirmation, NO processing of Orders.
- To Pay, scan the QR code of your choice, key-in the amount and continue with the payment instructions.
- After completion of payment, get a screen shot of the payment transaction showing the amount, reference number, date and time of the transaction, indicating that you have successfully sent or paid your Order.
- Send the screenshot photo of the Transaction Receipt to Ellen Santos or Jojo Santos via Viber or WhatsApp at 0976-363-8400, and at 0917-329-0888, or via Chat App on our Website.
- Kindly wait for our confirmation that we have successfully received your Payment.
PICK UP
- Orders may be picked up either personally by the customer or through a courier service, booked and paid for by the customer.
- No delivery fee will be charged for pickup orders.

- Your convenience is our top priority!

- No Additional prices on the menu.
- Special Orders for Home Delivery may be picked by a courier service, booked and paid for by the customer.

Passionate about giving back to others, Ellen decided on a Fund Campaign back in 1999 that emulates her mother’s profession – a School Principal for so many years at the St. Louis Balatoc Mines Elementary School, by setting up the Lilia Ocampo Laigo Fund to help others in need.
“I thought this is a wonderful way to pay tribute to my mother, Lilia, to make a positive difference and create a lasting legacy that will have an impact to the recipients for years to come, starting at least in the City of Baguio, and nearby Towns". - Ellen.
Current Recipients of Ellen's Kawang-Gawa:
1. Educational Fund – to fund the scholarship specifically Two (2) College Students from Kalinga, Apayao finish their Studies, (1) Agricultural Engineering and (2) Teacher Education.
2. Seminarian Education Fund – a fund that provides tuition support for the Education and Training of young men studying for priesthood.
3. First Communicant Fund - students from Public Elementary Schools receiving a prayer book and a Holy Rosary, and Merienda after their First Communion Rites.
4. Health Fund - providing SIHM Sisters of Immaculate Heart of Mary, or the "Tuding Sisters" their monthly supplies & toiletries for the infirmed Old Sisters.
5. Student Support Fund - provide support for 15 Pupils coming from the poorest of the poor in Cervantes, Ilocos Sur.
6. St. Felix of Cantalice Novitiate - monthly supply of One (1) sack of Rice for the Capuchin in Ambuklao Road.
Initially, the source of funds came from the family inner circle. But as the list of recipients grew, there is a need to source out funds outside of the family circle.
